Buying a home can be exciting but it can also be stressful. It‘s one of the biggest purchases you’ll make, and while you love the way the home looks, it’s important to know what’s going on beyond the aesthetics.
A typical home inspection takes about 2-3 hours. You are welcome to follow me around and ask as many questions as you’d like or meet with me at the end to go over the highlights of the inspection.
You will receive the Inspection Report within 24 hours of the on-site inspection. If you have any questions or need clarification on anything, I’ll make myself available to help you understand the findings so that you can make an informed decision about your purchase.
My reports are very detailed so I can also help you find the answers your Insurance Provider may have for you!
