An average inspection takes about 3 hours. You are welcome to follow me around and ask as many questions as you like or meet up with me at the end to go over the first draft of the report together.
I will also assist you after the inspection to provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision on the purchase of a property. I inspect every home as if I were personally considering purchasing it.
