Chris is an absolutely phenomenal home inspector. Not only was he on time (high five!), he was extremely thorough in everything he went through, explaining everything he noticed in a way that was easy for me to explain to my sellers. He looked at the house from top to bottom, and then bottom to top. It's rare that you see someone who is so dedicated to his craft. His paperwork was also top notch; and I received my completed home inspection within an hour of him being done, so I could present his findings to my clients in a timely fashion. I will definitely be using Chris again, and I recommend that anyone who needs an inspector uses hims!
